Pricing

One plan, priced per shop — not per seat, not per install. Put your whole office on it for the same money. Cancel whenever you like.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where your state charges it, and is calculated and collected at checkout by Paddle, our merchant of record.

What's included

There is only one plan's worth of features. Every account gets all of it:

• Every registration window tracked from the install date
• Manufacturer forms pre-filled, portal by portal
• Confirmation numbers stored as proof
• Coverage certificates for your homeowners
• Month-11 maintenance-plan offers
• Unlimited installs, unlimited users
• Import by CSV, email forwarding, or API
• Email support, answered by a person, usually the same day

How billing works

• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• Payment is handled by Paddle.com, who are the merchant and seller of record. Card details go to Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Paddle emails you a receipt for every payment.
• You can cancel from inside the app at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If we ever change the price of a plan, it will not affect a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.

Getting started

We are onboarding a first group of shops by hand so the product gets shaped around real installs. Email hello@tenkeeper.com and we will set your shop up and send the sign-in link.
